Once a booking has been Confirmed:

During the Summer months -

Whole amount due if notice is given within 7 days of accommodation date.
Half the amount due if notice is given within 14 days of accommodation date.
Full Payments, with or without Invoices, made within 14 days of accommodation date are non-refundable.

During the Winter months -

Whole amount due if notice is given within 14 days of accommodation date.
Half amount due if notice is given within one month of accommodation date.
Full Payments, with or without Invoices, made within one month of accommodation date are non-refundable.

All deposits throughout the whole year will, unquestionable, be kept.

If payments are not received within 2 weeks of Invoice date, interest will be added at the rate of 5% per week.

All guests/visitors will be liable to pay the full up to date amount for any breakages or damages incurred by them while on their stay here. This has to be paid either before leaving the premises or via an invoice, if found later.
If payments are not received within 2 weeks of  Invoice date, interest will be added at the rate of 5% per week.

All guests/visitors will be given the opportunity to return any items or money found to be missing during or after a guest/visitor has left the premises either immediately or during a telephone call or e-mail before any further action is taken. Thereafter, the local police will be notified.
