Terms and Conditions

Cancellations Charges:	Whole amount due if notice is given within 7 days of accommodation date.
Cancellations Charges:	Half the amount due if notice is given within 14 days of accommodation date.
	These Charges only apply if the date/dates in question is/are not wholly rebooked by a different party. If the date/dates are wholly rebooked - Charges will be waived.Where the reason is due to a genuine medical reason or accident - Charges will be waived. All deposits paid in advance, will be kept, and taken off the remaining Balance.
Breakages or Damages:	All guests/visitors will be liable to pay the full up to date amount for any breakages or damages incurred by them while on their stay here. This has to be paid either before leaving the premises or via an invoice, if found later.
Theft:	Any items or money found to be missing directly after a guest/visitor has left the premises will benotified to the police.A guest/visitor will be given the opportunity to return any stolen items/money via a telephone call or e-mail before any further action is taken.
